Staff Requirements
The staff will be screened for prior criminal convictions following the guidelines set up by the Family Independence Agency. The teacher will have a background in Early Childhood Education and be qualified to teach in a preschool classroom. In the teacher’s absence a substitute teacher will be necessary. The ratio of children will remain the same (no more than 1 to 10).
